Please read these terms carefully before using DM Pulse

By accessing or using DM Pulse ("Service") at dmpulse.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
DM Pulse is a subscription-based SaaS platform that enables Instagram Business and Creator account holders to automatically reply to direct messages using keyword-based rules. The Service operates through Meta's official Instagram Messaging API.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Instagram account and for all activity that occurs through DM Pulse on your behalf. You must notify us immediately at support@dmpulse.in if you suspect any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Meta's platform policies.
DM Pulse offers the following paid plans (prices in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes):
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Plan features and limits are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
You agree not to use DM Pulse to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, Meta API changes, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
DM Pulse and all associated content, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of your Instagram content and keyword rules configured within the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DM Pulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
