Why are my auto-replies not sending?

Make sure your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Also check that your keyword rules are active (toggle is green) and you haven't hit your daily message limit for your plan.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to your dashboard → Upgrade tab. Select a plan and complete the payment via Razorpay. Your plan activates instantly after payment confirmation.

My Instagram account got disconnected. What do I do?

Access tokens expire every 60 days. Simply log in again with your Instagram account to reconnect and refresh the token. Your rules and settings are preserved.

Can I use DM Pulse on a personal Instagram account?

No — the Instagram Messaging API only works with Business or Creator accounts. You can switch your personal account to a Professional account for free in Instagram settings.

What happens when I reach my daily message limit?

Auto-replies pause for the rest of the day and resume at midnight (UTC). You'll see a warning on your dashboard as you approach the limit. Upgrade your plan for a higher limit.

Is DM Pulse approved by Meta / Instagram?

Yes. DM Pulse uses Meta's official Instagram Messaging API and complies with all Meta Platform Policies. Your account is safe and there is no risk of Instagram banning or suspending your account for using this service.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
