• Instagram username, display name, and user ID
• Instagram access token (used solely to send automated replies on your behalf)
• Direct message content received by your account (processed to match keywords, not stored permanently)
• Subscription and billing information (processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details)

We also collect usage data such as the number of messages processed and reply rules configured.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the DM Pulse auto-reply service
• To match incoming messages against your keyword rules and send replies
• To track usage against your plan limits
• To process subscription payments
• To send service-related notifications (no marketing emails without consent)
• To improve and maintain the service

4. Instagram Data & Meta Platform

DM Pulse accesses your Instagram account via the official Meta Messaging API. We request only the permissions required to read and reply to direct messages:

• instagram_business_basic — to read your profile
• instagram_business_manage_messages — to send automated replies

We do not access your followers, posts, stories, or any data outside of direct messages. Your Instagram access token is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access tokens are encrypted before storage.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

• Meta / Instagram — OAuth login and Messaging API
• Razorpay — Payment processing (governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy)

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Disconnect your Instagram account at any time from the dashboard
• Revoke app permissions via your Instagram account settings
